I suppose certain people would pay over 100.000 $ for it.

As others have said, it's illegal to buy accounts. Though if you want an honest opinion, people would probably pay $1000+ for it...though it'd probably get banned soon after, assuming ANet observes the account. And @ Akroma: Starcraft DOES have rank 15; there's a video with him using the emote on Youtube.
